A hospital's culture was a bigger factor in taking or keeping a job than pay or potential for advancement, according to a recent study of hospitalists born after 1982.
Money isn't everything, at least in hospitalist retention, researchers have found.
They surveyed more than 200 hospitalists born after 1982 (collecting 142 responses) about the most important factors in selecting and continuing to work with their current hospitalist groups.
