Urging Allocation of $14B Increase in FY 2008 Budget for DOE, HHS and Labor

Joint Letter to Robert Byrd urging him to ensure that the final FY 2008 302b allocation for the House and Senate Labor, Health and Human Services, Education Appropriations Subcommittees reflects at least a $14 billion increase above the FY 2007 level for these critically important programs.
