We specifically urge the administration to oppose any effort to delay implementation beyond 1998 and\/or to require a transition to the full resource based relative values. We frankly are quite concerned that some HCFA staffers involved in the RBPE study have recently made comments suggesting that the administration would welcome a decision by Congress to delay and\/or require a transition to full implementation of an RBPE methodology.","Title":"Resource-Based Practice Expenses.
