Communication is a central part of an excellent, patient-centered POCUS exam. In this module you'll learn how to establish a shared set of expectations with care teams and patients about what will happen before, during, and after a POCUS exam, so that everyone involved has a respectful experience. You'll also learn to refine your procedural, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills to ensure your patients understand the expectations and limitations of a POCUS exam.
