Live Internal Medicine Board Review Courses Cancellation FAQ

ACP will provide full refunds to those who registered to attend a Board Prep Review Course. Refunds will be returned in the same form as the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for funds to be posted to your account.

Yes! For your safety and convenience you may attend the ACP Virtual Live: Internal Medicine Board Review. This course will take place on July 13-17 and will be taught by the expert faculty scheduled to lead the Washington DC course. It will follow the same schedule and content as the Washington DC course.

• You may register for the ACP Virtual Live: Internal Medicine Board Review course by visiting the course web page
• If you are already registered for the Washington, D.C. course or the Seattle course, you will be notified with an option for an automatic transfer of your registration fee to the virtual board prep course for a seamless enrollment.
• If you had registered for a previously canceled course and received a refund, you may enroll for the course by going to the ACP Virtual Live web page and registering here
• If you had registered for a previously canceled course and have not received a refund yet, you may select an automatic transfer of your refund for a seamless enrollment. If your plans have changed, you may opt out of the livestream course.
• If the price of your refund is different than the registration fee for ACP Virtual Live, and you transfer your refund to enroll in ACP Virtual Live, you will also receive a partial credit for the difference to balance out your full registration fee.

ACP Virtual Live is an online multimedia platform which requires no downloads to function on your computer or device. In order to maintain a stable connection, ACP recommends a minimum of 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload for a consistent stream of video and audio.

• We recommend plugging in directly to your internet rather than connecting via Wifi.
• Use a high-speed internet connection.
• Access through Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Android browsers. Safari is view only, for now. Google Chrome tends to work best.

Yes! By taking part in ACP Virtual Live: Internal Medicine Board Review you are eligible to earn up to 41.75 CME credits and MOC points.

There will only be an electronic syllabus, which will be available for you to download for free. If you had previously registered for a location-based course and paid for a printed syllabus, you will be refunded the cost.

Yes, all cancellations requests must be received in writing before the state date of the course to obtain a full refund. Individuals who fail to attend all or part of the course will not be entitled to any refund.

The American College of Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Physicians designates this live activity for a maximum of 41.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which include participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 41.75 MOC points in medical knowledge in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credit claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
