Sirisha Narayana, MD, is currently a Chief Resident/Clinician Teacher Fellow at the University of Washington in Seattle (based at the VA Puget Sound). Her love of education and teaching stems from early experience with mentoring as an undergraduate at Stanford University, and curriculum development as a medical student at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. During an internal medicine residency at the University of Washington, she was part of the Clinician Educator pathway, designed to foster scholarly opportunities for those aspiring for a career in medical education (one project included designing an ultrasound curriculum for residents). In her spare time, Sirisha enjoys writing, reading news magazines, maintaining a food blog with her cousins, and hiking the beautiful Washington mountains.
