Save 3% on Your Annual ACP Membership Dues with Auto-renewal!

With the new system, your membership renewal will be aligned with your personal membership start date, offering a smoother and more tailored renewal process. Please note: Resident/Fellow Members and Medical Student Members will still follow an academic year calendar for their membership cycle, from July 1 through June 30 annually.

Current ACP members will see no change in their membership renewal. If a current member misses their renewal deadline, however, a new billing cycle will start on their new date of renewal. Members who join on or after February 3, 2025, will be renewed annually on their membership anniversary. You will receive a few notices in advance of that date, detailing the exact date of your renewal and the amount due.

If you are a domestic, post-training member or a domestic non-physician affiliate member and you are opted in to auto-renewal, you'll receive an automatic 3% discount on your annual national dues starting in June 2025.

Please note: this amount is different for everyone based on their career stage. Chapter dues are not eligible for the discount. Resident/Fellow Members and Transitional Medical Graduate Members are also not eligible for the auto-renewal discount.

You can easily enroll in auto-renewal through MyACP! Simply log in, navigate to your dues bill, select the auto-renewal option, and your membership will be renewed automatically on your anniversary date each year.

If you’re already logged in to your ACP account, visit this page and check the box that reads “I want to auto renew my membership annually.”

Yes! Whether you are enrolled in auto-renewal or not, we will send you reminders before your membership is due for renewal. If you opt in to auto-renewal, you’ll be notified about a month before the scheduled payment, giving you the opportunity to update your payment information or opt out of the program if desired. If you wish to pay your dues ahead of time, you can still do so. The anniversary-based system offers flexibility, so you have the option to pay early if it suits your needs.

Your ACP member-exclusive benefits and discounts will remain unaffected by the billing cycle change. This update is purely administrative, ensuring a more streamlined and personalized renewal process for our valued members.
