Funding Primary Care Workforce in FY2012

Letter to House and Senate leadership recommending what should be included in a final FY2012 Labor-Health and Human Services-Education appropriations bill, elements which will fund investments in the primary care workforce and redesign the health care delivery system to improve health care quality and lower costs.
