Action Alert: Urge Congress to Reduce Administrative Burden

ACP is calling on internal medicine physicians to contact your members of Congress to ask them to support the Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act and the Safe Step Act. The Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act would further streamline prior authorization for Medicare Advantage plans. The Safe Step Act would require group health plans to provide an exception process to any medication step therapy protocol.
