ACP letter of support for H.R. 1173, the Personalize Your Care Act of 2013

ACP writes to Congressman Blumenauer to express appreciation for his effort to encourage communication between physicians and their patients to develop advance care plans. The College continues to support hislegislation, H.R. 1173, the Personalize Your Care Act of 2013, which will ensure that the wishes of patients are followed at the end of life.
