ACP Comment Letter to FDA regarding Tobacco Product Standard for Nicotine Level of Combusted Cigarettes (16-July-2018)

ACP supports the FDA's use of its authority under Section 907 of the Tobacco Control Act to issue a product standard to set the maximum nicotine level for tobacco products consistent with evidence that suggests that doing so would reduce the risk of addiction and protect public health.
