Evergreen Awards
The Evergreen Award Program was started in 1993 to recognize Chapters for outstanding efforts in designated categories. It was intended to provide visibility and recognition (nationally and locally) "to those chapters that have been successful in implementing programs that increase membership, improve communication, increase member involvement and diversity activities, and foster careers in internal medicine." The Indiana Chapter has participated in the Evergreen Award Program since 2001.
